Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 avocados
2 T lime juice
2 T chopped onion
1/2 t salt
1 clove minced garlic
1 T chopped cilantro
1/4 c chopped tomato
- Combine all ingredients, and mash together with potato masher until avocado is no longer chunky.
